Promotions Plus guarantees to ship your order using the most cost-effective options, country-wide. We have negotiated low shipping rates based on our high volume of shipping and we pass that value on to the credit unions with no added cost.- Privacy & Security
Promotions Plus and its employees have always been committed to keeping credit union and client personal information accurate, confidential, secure and private. Credit Union Central of Saskatchewan is responsible for personal information under its control and has designated a corporate director who is responsible for the company's compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
- Returns & Replacements
Promotions Plus strives to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you to resolve any issues that may have with your order.
You can return or exchange your purchase provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. Please include a copy of the original packing slip and reason for return.
Promotions Plus will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned or exchanged, unless the product is flawed or the error originated with Promotions Plus.
- Ordering
For your convenience, Promotions Plus offers 24/7 online shopping and ordering. Credit unions also have the option to email, fax, or phone their orders directly to Promotions Plus.
We guarantee to process your order within two business days of receipt.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Promotions Plus will invoice at the end of each month for all orders placed within that billing cycle. We will utilize the Centralized Billing System to collect payment from all Saskatchewan credit unions. For all credit unions outside of Saskatchewan, please remit payment via cheque, manager’s trust, or money order.
Promotions Plus is committed to negotiating the lowest pricing possible from our suppliers based of high volume purchasing. This is a savings that we pass on to you as part of our commitment to offer a value added service to credit unions.
We are always on the lookout for new and exciting promotions. We would be excited to receive feedback from you about new product and promotion ideas. Promotions Plus offers consultation and sourcing for customized products and would be happy to help you prepare for all promotional events.
- Viewing Orders
Credit unions have access to view all current orders, as well as their order history, upon sign in to the Promotions Plus website. An added feature to the website is the capability to create a duplicate order at the click of a button.- Updating Account Information
Credit unions have access to update their account information upon sign in to the Promotions Plus website. This allows you to keep your account information up to date and accurate.
